Full Groom — common questions
How long does a full groom take?
Two to three hours for most dogs. Heavily coated or matted dogs can take longer, and we will always call you if we expect to run over.
Can I bring a photo of the cut I want?
Yes, please do. We talk through length, shape and how much brushing you are happy to do at home before anything comes off.
What happens if my dog is matted?
We assess the coat first. Where brushing out would be painful we will recommend a shorter clip — comfort comes before style, always.
How much is a full groom?
From £62. Price depends on breed, size and coat condition, and is agreed with you before the groom starts.
