By booking an appointment with Jazzy Grooms you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Online requests are not confirmed until we contact you. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need a shorter service or to rebook.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at 50% of the service price.
Prices and payment
Listed prices are starting prices. The final cost depends on coat condition, size and temperament, and is confirmed before we begin. Payment is due on collection.
Your dog's welfare
- Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from fleas.
- Please tell us about any health conditions, injuries or behavioural concerns.
- Severely matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog's comfort.
- We may stop a groom if your dog becomes distressed, and will call you.
Liability
We take great care, but grooming can reveal existing skin or health issues. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions. In an emergency we will seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.
