- Booking details: your name, phone number, email, your dog's name and breed, and preferred day.
- Anonymous website usage data via Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location).
How we use it
Only to respond to your booking request, arrange and carry out grooming appointments, and improve our website. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to 2 years after your last appointment, then deleted.

We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
